About the Role
As a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA), you will evaluate patient candidacy for anesthesia, provide a full range of anesthesia services, monitor patients during procedures, manage recovery room concerns, and participate in ASC committees. You will work closely with surgeons and ASC staff to promote clinical efficiency and educate patients about anesthesia and recovery.
About You
Required:
- Current, unrestricted Arizona CRNA license.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Strong clinical experience providing anesthesia in outpatient or ASC settings.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset and positive, 'can-do' attitude.
- Familiarity with Windows-based systems, Microsoft 365 (Outlook, SharePoint), and EMRs.
- Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist in patient transfers.
Preferred:
- Experience in a fast-paced clinical setting.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
