About You
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in sterile processing with an Associate's degree.
- Minimum of 9 years of professional experience in sterile processing without a college degree.
- A minimum of 3 years’ supervisory experience.
- Must have three current certifications: Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST), Certified Endoscopic Reprocessor (CER) or Certified Flexible Endoscope Reprocessor (CFER), and Certified Healthcare Leader (CHL) or Certified Sterile Processing Management (CSPM).
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
