About the Role

As a Certified Surgical Technologist II, you will be responsible for supporting the patient and Health Care team, promoting population-based care, and ensuring continuity of care. Your daily tasks will include complying with organizational policies, maintaining confidentiality, participating in quality assurance programs, and demonstrating professional communication techniques. You will also be involved in pre-operative briefings, planning for surgical procedures, and managing the intra-operative patient environment.

About You

Required:

Graduate of an accredited School of Surgical Technology.
Basic Life Support certification required at hire.
Surgical Technologist Certificate required at hire.

Preferred:

Two (2) to five (5) years of scrubbing experience in all surgical procedures in inpatient or ambulatory O.R. setting.
Ability to rotate through sterile core area.
Knowledge of sterile technique and operating room procedures.
