About the Role
As a Certified Surgical Technologist, you will be responsible for preparing the operating room, assembling necessary supplies and equipment, and maintaining aseptic technique during surgical procedures. You will also supervise other healthcare team members, assist with training, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Your role will include monitoring the surgical environment, responding to emergencies, and supporting quality improvement initiatives.
About You
Required:
- High School Graduate or equivalent.
- Technical/Vocational School training.
- Basic Life Support - CPR Certification (BLS).
- State Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) from an accredited issuing body.
- Technician in Surgery - Certified (NTSC) from an accredited issuing body.
