About the Role
As a Certified Tower Technician, you will perform installation, maintenance, and repair on telecommunication towers and antenna systems. You will work with various communication technologies, ensure adherence to safety standards while working at heights, troubleshoot issues related to tower structures and antennas, and provide high-quality customer service. Daily tasks include completing reports and maintenance logs and collaborating with the team to follow company procedures and safety guidelines.
About You
Required:
- Valid Tower Climbing Safety Certification (TCS, or equivalent).
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a tower technician (or related field).
- Experience with RF testing equipment, antenna alignment, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions and at heights.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- NWSA Certified
