As a Certified Veterinary Technician and Anesthetist, you will be responsible for running appointments, managing anesthesia for surgical patients, creating anesthesia protocols, monitoring anesthesia during procedures, and assisting with pre-surgical diagnostics. You will also be involved in client communication and record keeping.
About You
Required:
- 2+ years’ experience as a Veterinary Technician
- Anesthesia skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt while maintaining a positive attitude
- Highly evolved organizational skills with acute attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, responsibly, and ethically
- Resourceful nature and creative problem-solving skills
- Commitment to the welfare of animals
Preferred:
- Experience in ophthalmic procedures
- Familiarity with veterinary software systems
