- 3+ years of supply chain, procurement or purchasing experience.
- 2+ years of experience working with an ERP system.
- 1+ years of experience with Excel using advanced spreadsheet skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline.
- Proven independence and assertiveness in decision-making.
- Customer-oriented mindset to deliver high levels of service.
- Understanding of GmP practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence without direct authority.
- Confident and able to work independently.
- Analytical skills for issue resolution and root cause analysis.
