About the Role
As a CHANCE Therapist, you will provide individual, group, and family mental health therapy, case management, and other professional services to clients. You will travel daily to deliver services in various community settings, coordinate care for youth and families, and assist in family reunification efforts. Your work will focus on helping youth heal from trauma and build resiliency.
About You
Required:
- Master's Degree in Social Work or comparable Human Services field from an accredited institution.
- LSW or LPC required.
- Experience in providing both individual and family therapy.
- Daily travel required with a willingness to meet clients on a flexible schedule.
Preferred:
- Experience working in direct service with youth and families.
- Experience with TF-CBT.
- Good computer and technology skills.
