Clarity Consultants is seeking a Change Management Consultant for the Financial Reporting Dashboards Initiative to lead the change strategy and execution for modernizing financial reporting processes.
About the Role
As a Change Management Consultant, you will be responsible for aligning change management activities with project milestones, conducting stakeholder analysis, developing communication and training plans, and ensuring user readiness for the new Global Performance Management Dashboards. You will work closely with the project team and the Change Management Center of Excellence to promote stakeholder alignment and build sustainable adoption strategies.
About You
Required:
- Proven change management expertise with certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP, Kotter, or similar).
- Solid financial acumen, with prior experience in financial reporting environments.
- Experience with digital transformation projects and comfort with modern technologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and lead across functions.
Preferred:
- A proactive, strategic thinker who offers insights and guidance, not just execution.
- Confident working with all levels of stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Self-directed and resourceful, with the ability to collaborate and get work done through others.
- Willing to share knowledge and lessons learned to support organizational growth.
