Summary
Tandym Group is seeking a Change Management Consultant to lead end-to-end change management activities across multiple IT projects in Rutherford, NJ.
About the Role
As a Change Management Consultant, you will develop and execute stakeholder assessments, conduct change impact assessments, design communication strategies, create training plans, collaborate with project teams, monitor change initiatives, and support post-implementation reviews. This role requires a hybrid work setting with on-site presence as needed, especially during initial phases.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in change management, preferably within IT or digital transformation projects.
- Proven track record managing change for complex initiatives such as system migrations or enterprise rollouts.
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred:
- Ability to think critically and apply change management principles within the context of Avolta's Change Management Methodology.
- Experience developing and executing training and communication plans.
- Strong analytical skills to assess impacts and measure success.
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is a plus.
