About You
- Bachelor's degree.
- 8+ years of experience in order management (order to cash) for hardware products, supporting Retail and Enterprise customers.
- 3+ years of direct people management experience.
- Proven track record in onboarding new partners, products, and markets.
- Proficiency in using major ERP platforms such as Oracle, SAP, or similar systems.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
- Prior experience adapting to changes and ensuring business continuity.
- Experience building, managing, and mentoring high-performing teams.
- In-depth analytical and technical skills to analyze and address complex business challenges.
- Work collaboratively with teams to automate and enhance processes, driving increased efficiency and productivity.
