- Masters of Divinity or currently enrolled in a Master's of Divinity program.
- Completed one (1) unit of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) through the Association for Clinical Pastoral Education (ACPE).
- Experience in providing pastoral care in a healthcare setting.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
