About the Role

About You
Required:
- Master's degree in related field such as Pastoral Studies or Theology.
- Four or more units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) completed.
- Board certification by a recognized professional certifying organization.
- Four years of experience as a Chaplain in a healthcare setting.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Divinity.
- Doctoral degree in Theology or Philosophy.
- Experience as a people leader.
- Completion of the BSMH Chaplain Leader Program.
