As a Charge Nurse (LPN), you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing care provided to residents in various units, including Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Dementia Units. Your duties will include administering medications, performing treatments, conducting assessments, and ensuring effective communication between shifts. You will also participate in the admission process for new residents and promote their independence through assistance with daily activities.
About You
Required:
- Licensed Practical Nurse with a current State of TENNESSEE or Multi-State License.
- Minimum LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Degree with two years of experience, including medical/surgical experience.
Preferred:
- Ability to read regulations and patient records and write clearly.
- Experience in managing and directing subordinates.
