About the Role
As a Charge Nurse - LPN, you will direct nursing activities in accordance with regulations, administer medications, represent the nursing department in care plan meetings, and provide direct nursing care as needed. You will also ensure compliance with nursing procedures, maintain quality assurance programs, and foster a positive work environment for staff.
About You
Required:
- Current unencumbered license for the state of Ohio to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
Preferred:
- One year of clinical experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related healthcare facility.
- Supervisory experience in a long-term care, hospital, or other related healthcare setting.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR).
