About the Role
As a Charge Nurse NICU, you will assist with admission and discharge processes, participate in the assessment of patient care quality, collaborate with management to improve outcomes, support a patient-first philosophy, and manage staff scheduling and inventory control.
About You
Required:
Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
Neonate Resuscitate must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
STABLE must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date.
(RN) Registered Nurse.
Associate Degree.
