Summary
HCA Florida JFK Hospital is seeking a Charge Nurse RN Emergency Department to join their healthcare family in Atlantis, FL. This position is eligible for a Sign On Bonus.
About the Role
As a Charge Nurse RN in the Emergency Department, you will ensure and deliver high quality, patient-centered care while coordinating all functions in the unit during your shift. You will assist with admission and discharge processes, participate in quality assessments, collaborate with management to improve outcomes, and support staff training and scheduling.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current State of Florida Registered RN License or recognized Compact Licensure
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS Certification via American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Minimum one year acute care hospital Med/Surg/Tele RN experience
Preferred:
- Acute care hospital ER RN experience
