About the Role

As a Charge Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for managing the blood collection process, which includes donor registration, screening, physical assessments, and phlebotomy. You will lead a team, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and providing excellent customer service to donors. This position requires flexibility to work varied hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.

About You

Required:

Customer service experience
Previous supervisory or management experience
Strong leadership skills
Ability to work a varied schedule including days, evenings, and weekends
Possess a valid driver's license and be insurable by our insurance carrier
Pass a pre-employment background and drug screen

Preferred:

Healthcare experience
Good, stable work history
Understanding of standard operating procedures
