About the Role
As a Charge Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for evaluating performance, performing nursing assessments, and collaborating with the nursing team to develop effective care plans. You will also plan, organize, and implement programs and policies necessary for providing quality care, administer medications, delegate patient care responsibilities, and communicate patient information effectively.
About You
Required:
- Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state.
- Knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served.
- Ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, and the general public.
- Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws and regulations pertaining to nursing care facilities.
- Leadership and supervisory ability.
Preferred:
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience in a nursing leadership role.
