About You
- Completion of an approved counselor’s training course of at least one year, or a two-year AA degree in the human service field.
- Must be certified as a substance abuse, alcoholism, or chemical dependency counselor by IBC or equivalent.
- Two years of experience in a structured, supervised treatment setting.
- Fluency in English and multicultural sensitivity.
