- Coursework or academic laboratory experience.
- Strong interest in laboratory work, safety, and chemical handling.
- Ability to follow written procedures and maintain accurate records.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn laboratory instrumentation and safety practices.
- GPA greater than 3.3 at all degree levels.
