About the Role
As the Art Director, Digital, you will lead a team of graphic designers to create on-brand digital experiences, including website content, email campaigns, and digital advertising. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the digital experience and manage the creative execution of marketing assets. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing digital and print designs, providing direction to designers, and supporting photoshoots for campaigns.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent required.
- 5+ years digital design experience, including ecommerce and digital marketing.
- 3+ years in a creative management role.
- Strong digital portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions.
- Expert in digital typography, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma.
Preferred:
- Experience with motion graphics, animation, and video in digital marketing.
- Vertical Retail/Fashion/Luxury/Beauty industry experience.
