About the Role
As the Chief AI Transformation Officer, you will be responsible for developing and executing a college-wide AI strategy, managing talent engagement activities, advising senior leadership on AI trends, and ensuring compliance with data governance policies. You will collaborate with faculty to integrate AI into curricula and lead pilot projects focused on AI applications in education. Additionally, you will oversee the implementation of AI tools for predictive analytics and foster partnerships with industry and academic institutions.
About You
Required:
- Master's degree required.
- 10 years leadership experience, including 5 years overseeing project management and strategic planning.
Preferred:
- Doctorate in Computer Science, Data Science, AI or related field preferred.
- Technology-enhanced teaching experience in higher education.
