About the Role
As the Chief Engineer for Space Systems, you will be responsible for developing and executing multi-year strategic technical plans, analyzing market technology trends, ensuring the success of technical solutions across a full lifecycle portfolio, cultivating relationships with customers, mentoring engineering teams, and promoting a positive culture within the organization.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience directly related to engineering with increased responsibilities over time.
- Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and successful program execution.
- Demonstrated thought leadership in the National Security ecosystem.
