About the Role
As the Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing hospital operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, engaging with employees, and developing key business relationships. You will prepare budgets and strategic plans, and serve as vice-chair of the Governing Board if necessary. The role requires a focus on patient care quality and the ability to make effective decisions in a dynamic healthcare environment.
About You
Required:
- Master's Degree required.
- Three (3) years leadership experience in healthcare.
- Three (3) years operations experience in an acute care or specialty hospital setting.
Preferred:
- Experience in management functions of finance and strategic planning.
- Community education of health programs.
