About the Role
As the Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for directing financial planning, managing corporate and client cash, overseeing the Accounting department, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. You will also coordinate external audits, monitor changes in accounting standards, and drive the adoption of analytical tools within the finance department.
About You
Required:
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent (CPA preferred).
- 8+ years of senior financial leadership experience, preferably in real estate or property management.
Preferred:
- Background in public accounting (audit and/or tax) is a plus.
