As the Chief Financial Officer, you will collaborate with executive leadership to implement fiscal strategies, manage the Agency's budget, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. You will oversee the preparation of the annual operating budget, monitor financial health, and lead fiscal managers in improving fiscal processes. The position requires strong relationships with various stakeholders and a commitment to ethical decision-making and continuous improvement.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, Public Administration or related field.
- Five years of progressively responsible experience in administration, finance or accounting, including four years in management/supervisory roles.
Preferred:
- Experience with governmental accounting and auditing practices.
- Project management experience.
- Experience developing and managing budgets in a large, complex organization.

- Base salary of $146,318.12 - $204,845.37 annually.
