Summary
Lendzi is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team in Austin, TX or Boca Raton, FL. The CFO will lead the finance and accounting functions, overseeing both strategic and day-to-day operations.
About the Role
As the Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for financial planning and analysis, overseeing outsourced accounting firms, reviewing financial performance with the CEO, procuring capital investments, ensuring compliance, and managing team structure and performance analysis. You will also analyze marketing activities and complete special projects as needed.

Required:
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of risk management.
- Strategic thinking to improve financial performance.
- Strong understanding of compliance including regulatory standards and tax requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Superior analytical skills including financial statement and data analysis.
- Highly collaborative.
- Highest level of integrity.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Preferred:
- CPA is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of Intuit QuickBooks.
- Experience in the business loan/cash advance/alternative financing industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
