About the Role
As the CFO, you will ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly financial statements, oversee balance sheet reconciliations, prepare corporate reports, and maintain compliance with accounting policies. You will direct the Revenue Cycle operations, supervise various departments, prepare annual budgets, and ensure adherence to purchasing contracts.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a business-related field with a major in Accounting.
- Minimum 3 years of successful CFO experience in a healthcare setting.
Preferred:
- Previous Behavioral healthcare experience.
- Previous experience with a proprietary healthcare system.
- CPA or Master's degree.
