Summary
RADIAS Health is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to manage overall financial operations in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area. The role involves strategic financial leadership, oversight of financial operations, and collaboration with executive leadership.
About the Role
As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will oversee cash management, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and risk management. You will engage with the Board and Committees, maintain external financial relationships, and support cross-functional collaboration. The position requires active participation in strategic decision-making and operations.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
- 10+ years of experience in all aspects of accounting & finance.
- 3+ years in an executive or senior leadership financial position.
Preferred:
- Non-Profit/Healthcare Experience.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- Experience with Unrelated Business Income Taxes (UBIT) accounting and reporting.
- Experience using Accounting Software (Sage preferred), Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Electronic Health Record software experience, Credible Software.
