You will partner with the executive team to assess organizational performance, build tools for actionable insights, and guide financial planning aligned with strategic priorities. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards.

About You

Required:

10+ years of senior financial leadership experience, including at least 5 years as a CFO or equivalent role in a $100M+ organization.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA license required.
Proven knowledge of GAAP and statutory insurance accounting.

Preferred:

Experience in property and casualty insurance.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
