About You
Required:
- Proven senior finance leadership experience in manufacturing environments.
- Background in OEM-focused manufacturing operations, cost accounting, and forecasting.
- Experience in organizations combining distribution, assembly, and light manufacturing.
Preferred:
- Comfortable operating in a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves role.
- Strong ability to partner with international stakeholders, particularly European ownership.
- CPA preferred but not required; credibility with ownership and financial acumen are paramount.
