About the Role
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance.
- 5-10 years of progressive management experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a non-profit, healthcare setting.
- Experience with computerized accounting systems and organizational budget management.
- Master's degree and CPA designation.
- Experience with third-party billing, contracting, and cost-reporting systems.
- Ability to adapt to a changing healthcare environment.
