About You
- 12-15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 7-10 years in senior healthcare finance within a medical group, ambulatory network, or integrated delivery system.
- Demonstrated board-facing experience.
- Deep knowledge of healthcare reimbursement and regulatory frameworks.
- MBA, MHA, or equivalent advanced degree.
- Experience supporting physician practices and clinically integrated delivery systems.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare finance and revenue cycle operations.
