About the Role
As the Chief Financial Officer, you will report directly to the CEO and play a critical role in the organization’s financial strategy, operational performance, and long-term sustainability. Your responsibilities will include overseeing finance and accounting operations, leading revenue cycle operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing financial reporting obligations, and mentoring a multidisciplinary team.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
- Deep understanding of financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and healthcare reimbursement structures.
Preferred:
- CPA and/or Master’s degree.
- Experience in healthcare or federally funded healthcare environments.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy in complex organizations.
