About the Role
As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will report to the company President and be responsible for managing operational accounting, financial analysis, risk management, and compliance. You will lead a small team and collaborate closely with the management team to ensure effective financial operations and strategic planning.
About You
Required:
- B.S. degree in Accounting or Business with heavy accounting emphasis.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in corporate accounting leadership roles.
- Experience with Accounting/ERP Software (other than Quickbooks).
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Expert level spreadsheet skills (Excel and Google Sheets).
- Experience with general business contracts.
- Ability to travel occasionally.
Preferred:
- MBA, CPA, or CMA.
- Experience in managing human resources and payroll processes.
