About the Role
As the Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for managing annual budgeting, audits, reporting, and compliance processes. You will oversee financial analysis, account management, and revenue cycle management, particularly focusing on third-party billing and behavioral health services. Additionally, you will administer the agency's insurance portfolio and investment strategy, while providing leadership and supervision as a member of the Senior Management Team.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- Extensive experience with financial accounting software and Excel.
- Strong technical aptitude.
- Excellent leadership and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate financial information into understandable terms for management and board members.
Preferred:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA).
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- Experience with third-party reimbursement and revenue cycle management.
