About the Role
As the Chief Human Resources Officer, you will oversee all functions of the Human Resource Department, including staff management, process oversight, and HR budget management. You will drive best practices for talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance with labor agreements. Additionally, you will ensure the agency maintains a harassment-free environment and provide HR leadership on organizational risk management and compliance with non-discrimination laws.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of three to five years of leadership experience in human resources, preferably within the nonprofit or healthcare sectors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse client population.
Preferred:
- Senior or executive level HR experience.
- Master's degree in a related field.
- SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or other equivalent certification.
