- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited institution.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Member in good standing of the Pennsylvania Bar.
- At least 10 years of experience as a practicing attorney.
- In-house experience at a hospital or behavioral health organization.
- In-depth knowledge of nonprofit corporate law and health care law.
