About the Role
As the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, reporting directly to the CEO. You will lead all aspects of marketing with a focus on revenue-driving programs including demand generation, digital marketing, product marketing, brand building, customer marketing, and market positioning. Your responsibilities will include owning a measurable demand generation engine, evolving brand positioning, refining go-to-market strategies, and building a world-class marketing organization.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 15 years of progressive marketing leadership experience within SaaS or technology companies.
- Deep experience building and scaling demand generation engines with a track record of revenue contribution and pipeline growth.
- Strong background in brand development, market positioning, and messaging.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
Preferred:
- Expertise in marketing to finance professionals including controllers, accountants, CFOs, and broader office of the CFO functions.
- Proven success in leading and scaling teams through rapid growth stages.
- Data-driven, highly analytical, and fluent in modern marketing technology stacks.
- Experience working within a private equity-backed or investor-backed environment.
