About the Role
As the Chief of Staff, you will be responsible for directing staff and managing daily operations, assisting with strategic planning to strengthen conservative policy in Idaho, and bridging communication between the team and the board. You will play a key role in executing the organization's mission related to life, religious freedom, and family.
About You
Required:
Mature Evangelical Christian who agrees with the IFPC's statement of faith, mission, and policy positions.
Experience in management, preferably as a chief of staff, deputy director, or similar positions.
Strong organizational, communication, and team management skills.
