Later is seeking a Chief of Staff, CRO to join their team in Chicago, IL. The role focuses on amplifying the impact of the CRO by ensuring strategy execution and maintaining operational clarity within the Sales leadership organization.
About the Role
As the Chief of Staff to the CRO, you will partner closely with the CRO to translate revenue strategy into actionable priorities, manage high-priority cross-functional initiatives, and serve as a communication bridge across various teams. You will also prepare materials for executive meetings, identify process inefficiencies, and act as a trusted advisor to the CRO.
About You
Required:
- 8–12+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or a Chief of Staff role in a high-growth environment.
- Experience operating at the executive level, supporting a CRO, CCO, COO, or equivalent.
- Proven track record of driving complex, cross-functional initiatives from ambiguity to execution.
- Strong operational and project management capabilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in the creator economy.
