About the Role
As the Chief of Staff to the CEO, you will be responsible for translating the CEO's priorities into a focused company plan, ensuring alignment with planning milestones, preparing the CEO for key forums, serving as an extension of the CEO in meetings, designing and running the executive operating cadence, turning decisions into actionable plans, driving cross-functional execution, partnering with FP&A, and strengthening executive team cohesion.
About You
Required:
- 5-7+ years in a mix of strategy and execution roles (e.g., Chief of Staff, GM/BU Ops, Product Ops, Corporate Strategy/PE/Consulting) with a track record of shipping cross-functional programs.
- Masters of Business Administration
- 5+ years of experience within the Healthcare Industry
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- High judgment and discretion; proven success representing a CEO/ELT internally and externally.
Preferred:
- Operator's toolkit: planning/OKRs, program management at scale, decision memos, dashboards, and exec-caliber communications.
- Financial fluency: can link strategy to P&L, unit economics, run-rate, headcount, and ROI.
- Strong systems thinking and prioritization skills.
- Change-management experience: aligning leaders, communicating change, measuring adoption, and iterating.
