About the Role
As the Chief of Staff to the CEO, you will provide strategic insights and recommendations, manage the company's OKR process, lead high-impact cross-functional projects, and ensure effective communication within the organization. You will also manage the Senior Leadership Team and orchestrate key processes and meetings to help the organization achieve its goals.
About You
Required:
- 8+ years of experience in a senior leadership role within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proven track record of managing the company-wide OKR process and driving strategic initiatives to successful outcomes.
- Strong background in project management, process optimization, and results-driven execution.
- Experience working closely with CEO and executive leadership teams.
- Ability to synthesize complex information and provide actionable insights.
- Deep understanding of financial metrics, business analytics, and operational KPIs.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with scaling businesses in high-growth phases and internationally.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
