About You
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) with board certification in an applicable specialty.
- Master's Degree in a quality, safety, healthcare administration, public health, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive executive leadership experience in a complex health system.
- 7-9 years of senior leadership experience overseeing core quality functions.
- 7-9 years of experience in supporting value-based care and performance improvement initiatives.
- 7-9 years of experience presenting to boards and executive leadership.
- Master's Degree in Nursing.
- Engagement in clinical practice or meaningful frontline experience.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor colleagues and trainees in quality and safety-related initiatives.
