- Bachelor’s degree in science from an accredited University with at least 30 semester hours of natural sciences.
- Certification as a Registered Professional Sanitarian in the State of Texas.
- On-site Sewerage Facility (OSSF) TCEQ Designated Representative.
- OSSF TCEQ Site Evaluator Certification.
- Bilingual skills.
