About the Role
As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will be responsible for technology strategy, cloud migration, and engineering resiliency across on-prem and cloud environments. You will lead various teams to improve technology infrastructure, establish governance, and develop high-performing teams while collaborating with organizational partners to achieve objectives.
About You
Required:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, system analysis or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Ten or more years of experience in business or information solutions, technical architecture, application development, middleware, information analysis, or database management.
- Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale cloud-native migration and ITSM modernization.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with information management practices and ITIL frameworks.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
