Casa de los Niños is seeking a Child & Family Therapist to join their team in Tucson, AZ. The role involves clinically evaluating and assessing culturally diverse families, providing therapy, and maintaining clinical documentation.
About the Role
As a Child & Family Therapist, you will conduct thorough assessments of child and family strengths and needs, assist clients in securing social services, and provide individual or group therapy. You will also manage crises, develop treatment plans, and engage with families to promote understanding of treatment issues. The position requires collaboration with various agencies and may involve testifying in court regarding case services.
About You
Required:
Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
CPR/First Aid certification required.
Must possess or be able to qualify for and maintain a valid Arizona department of public safety level one fingerprint clearance card.
Must possess and maintain a valid Arizona driver's license and be insurable under the organization's automobile policy.
Preferred:
Bilingual in Spanish.
Experience working with culturally diverse families.
