About the Role
As a Child and Family Therapist, you will conduct assessments, provide individual and family therapy, and respond to crises. You will work in homes and community settings throughout Kent County, focusing on trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices to achieve positive outcomes through respectful relationships.
About You
Required:
Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field.
Current State License (LMSW, LLMSW, LPC, etc.) required.
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a clean driving record.
Previous experience working with children and families.
Preferred:
Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred.
Familiarity with school systems and community supports in Kent County.
