About the Role

As a Child and Youth Program Leader, you will provide direct care and instruction to children and youth, mentor CY Program Assistants, and plan activities based on the needs of individual participants. You will ensure compliance with Department of Defense policies and maintain a safe environment for children and youth. Your responsibilities will include supervising activities, communicating with parents and staff, and assessing developmental progress.

About You

Required:

Knowledge of developmentally appropriate programs for children and youth from 6 weeks to 18 years of age.
One year of experience at the CY-02 (GSE-04) level or equivalent.

Preferred:

Completion of DOD Standardized Module Training.
Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or Military School-Age (MSA) credential.
